Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Company and statutory regulations pertaining to cleanliness and hygiene in all tasks performed.
- Maintain quality standards for customer service, operational processes, health and safety, and food safety.
- Assist in meal preparation, particularly with salads and desserts.
- Arrange entrees, salads, desserts, and other food items on the serving line.
- Ensure the serving line is well-stocked and maintained in a clean condition.
- May participate in the training of new staff members.
- Store and document food leftovers appropriately.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of canteen tables, kitchen, and other areas.
- Ensure that customer expectations are fulfilled in accordance with the contract provisions.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service within the assigned area.
- Where applicable, verify and transfer stock in the designated area to the appropriate staff for the next shift.
- Execute any reasonable requests made by management.
- Report and, when possible, address customer and client complaints or compliments.
- Attend necessary meetings and training sessions.
- Perform related tasks as assigned.
