Principal Duties

1. Client intake and lead management

To determine the needs of clients, screen incoming leads and distribute intake forms.
To deliver prompt, sympathetic responses, communicate by phone, email, and calendar scheduling.
Arrange for owner consultations and carry out outreach after the fact.
