DESCRIPTION

The Call Centre Agent serves as the initial point of contact for instore clients. This role requires a dynamic individual who possesses a strong enthusiasm for engaging with customers. Focused on customer service, the agent is responsible for addressing a variety of client needs, including inquiries, product information, and technical assistance. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver support, assistance, and solutions in accordance with instore trading hours.
  • Achieve set targets.
  • Comply with contact centre processes and procedures.
  • Address complaints, respond to inquiries, and provide support and general information.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the Core Group’s client care and satisfaction policies, as well as service level commitments.
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for client service and satisfaction, with a focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  • Showcase excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with both clients and colleagues, particularly in challenging situations such as dealing with irate clients and conflict resolution.
  • Provide technical support by resolving issues over the phone and conducting research on technical matters as needed.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding the status of ongoing repairs.
  • Log all incoming telephonic requests for service.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service.

  • Matric Certificate.
  • South African ID.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Call Centre.
