Hire Resolve’s Client is looking to recruit an Internal Sales Clerk to become a part of their team in Boksburg. This position will involve providing direct assistance to sales representatives, supporting customer development efforts, and ensuring the precise recording of orders, all while maintaining a strong emphasis on outstanding customer service. The ideal applicant will exhibit professionalism, attention to detail, and dependability, with the capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.

Primary Duties

Accurately and promptly record purchase orders in accordance with customer requirements.
Manage the sending and receiving of order confirmations and generate pro-forma invoices.
Address inquiries from customers and sales representatives, delivering effective solutions.
Collaborate with the production department to guarantee timely delivery of products.
Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure they are resolved satisfactorily.
Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Maintain organized filing and administrative systems.
Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent qualification.
Exceptional communication skills and a professional telephone demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to adhere to instructions accurately.
Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A minimum of two years’ experience in an internal sales position.
Responsible, dependable, and possessing a strong work ethic.
Willingness to work overtime and maintain flexible hours.
Age requirement: Under 40 years old.
Gender preference: Female candidates only.
Location: Must live within 20 km of Boksburg.
