Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalize orders for delivery or collection in accordance with the schedule (select, pack, wrap, label).
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space usage.
• Report any inconsistencies or issues.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Adhere to quality service standards and comply with established procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Manage heavy lifting and move products as necessary.
• Utilize a scanner to monitor and document inventory movements.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge to ensure accurate picking and packing.
• Work efficiently, particularly during peak times.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, the following qualifications are required:

• Matriculation certificate
• Proficiency in English
• Reside within 15 kilometers of the workplace
• Clear criminal record

Preferred Qualifications

• South African candidates
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a picker in a warehouse setting
