Position Overview:
ZZ2 is currently recruiting for a Human Resource Practitioner position based in Mooketsi, Limpopo. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end human resource support and services to various functional areas within the organization.
- Ensure consistent implementation and compliance with company HR policies, procedures, and employment conditions.
- Monitor compliance with labor legislation and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Participate in and lead various HR-related projects in collaboration with internal departments.
- Drive initiatives related to employment processes, disciplinary procedures, workforce planning, and productivity management.
- Assist in the development of budgets and contribute to HR system implementation.
- Offer strategic and operational support to management in all HR-related matters.
Minimum Requirements:
- A postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or related field.
- At least 2 years of practical experience in a full HR function.
- In-depth knowledge of South African labor laws and their application.
- Solid experience with HR systems, procedures, and accreditation standards.
- Must be highly organized, systematic, and professional in executing tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans (both verbal and written). Knowledge of a local African language is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Sheets.
