  • Maintain awareness of store promotions and use this information to enhance customer engagement at checkout.

2. Customer Engagement and Service Delivery

  • Deliver excellent customer service by being approachable, professional, and attentive to customer needs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the store’s values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Provide assistance to customers by answering queries, offering product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Promote the Clicks Clubcard loyalty program by actively enrolling new members and meeting participation targets.

3. Safe Handling of Cash and Financial Accuracy

  • Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed accurately and securely.
  • Maintain accountability for your cash drawer by balancing at the start and end of each shift.
  • Report any discrepancies or concerns to management immediately to uphold financial integrity.

4. Merchandising and Visual Presentation

  • Support store merchandising by ensuring shelves are well-stocked, clean, and aligned with visual merchandising standards.
  • Participate in the setup and execution of promotional displays and special offers.
  • Assist in general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and inviting retail space.

5. Product Knowledge and Promotions Awareness

  • Stay up to date on product ranges, current promotions, new stock arrivals, and in-store events.
  • Use product knowledge to guide and inform customers during their shopping experience.
