Key Responsibilities

As the Receptionist and Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the front desk and switchboard, including greeting visitors and directing calls to appropriate departments.
  • Performing routine filing and maintaining accurate and organized records.
  • Ordering groceries, office supplies, and ensuring the kitchen and office areas are well-stocked.
  • Receiving and logging deliveries, and liaising with suppliers and couriers when needed.

  • Supporting daily office operations to ensure smooth workflows.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:

  • A completed Matric certificate with a minimum D symbol in Mathematics.
  • Between 0 to 5 years of relevant working experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel at an advanced level.
