Our client based in Randburg is looking for a Personal Assistant/ Office Administrator to join their team


Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum requirements: 

  • Matric 
  • Proven experience as a PA, executive assistant, or office administrator
  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Screen calls, emails, and other correspondence; respond or redirect as necessary
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Coordinate personal and professional errands or tasks as requested
  • Provide general administrative support to the office or team
  • Draft letters, reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Maintain office filing systems, supplies inventory, and equipment coordination
  • Welcome and assist visitors; answer incoming phone calls
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of company events and meetings
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Package & Remuneration

R15 000 – R25 000 depending on experience – Monthly plus Pension fund

  • Additional Requirements: Some roles may require a driver’s license and own vehicle

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: R8,000 to R30,000 per month, depending on experience and location
