Introduction

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical services, support, administration, and guidance. 
  • Technical support encompasses effective troubleshooting for BIKE motor malfunctions, among other issues. 
  • Adhere to the manufacturer’s specifications, which include software analysis, installations/upgrades, and assistance with warranty claims. 
  • Contribute to the overall efficient operation of the office by managing administrative tasks, capturing manufacturer data, implementing health and safety protocols, and achieving company business objectives (providing technical support to sales representatives). 
  • Offer precise and effective technical assistance (hands-on role), maintaining a positive demeanor, being helpful and dependable. A collaborative team member who is trustworthy. 
  • Comply with company policies and procedures. 

Desired Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum Matric N4 (N5 is an advantage) 
  • Cytech Certifications (preferred) 
  • Experience in a technical and administrative support capacity 
  • Strong technical skills (hands-on role) 
  • Organizational and administrative capabilities 
  • Experience in wiring, electrical, or electronics 
  • Some background in providing technical support for the repair of electrical/mechanical equipment, software support and maintenance, troubleshooting, adherence to SOPs, and client service. 
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written for online support). Task-oriented. 
  • Proficient in computer applications (Outlook, basic MS Word, and Excel) 
  • Familiarity with CRM/SAP systems (advantage).
