What You’ll Do
- Watch live alerts from our tracking system and act fast.
- Spot trends in driver behavior and flag any risks.
- Create clear daily and weekly performance reports.
- Fix tracking issues like missing or wrong GPS data.
- Keep accurate logs for every issue and how it was resolved.
- Help roll out coaching programs for safer driving.
- Handle extra tasks as needed by your manager.
What You Need
- Grade 12 (or equivalent).
Skills That Make You Stand Out
- Sharp admin and file management skills.
- Great at juggling tasks and staying organized.
- Confident in speaking and writing clearly.
- Strong sense of compliance and accuracy.
- Can dig into data and pull out clear insights.
- Solve problems calmly and quickly.
- Detail-focused and precise in your work.
- Open to working day or night shifts (6am–6pm or 6pm–6am).
