What You’ll Do
- Chat with customers via Live Chat and Email.
- Help users navigate the site and use our services.
- Create a friendly, helpful experience to build customer loyalty.
- Escalate complex issues to the right internal teams.
- Use scripts to welcome new customers and explain onboarding steps.
- Work with other departments to solve customer queries.
- Switch between systems and websites with ease.
- Meet key performance targets (KPIs).
- Handle both inbound and outbound interactions.
- Understand customer needs and manage their expectations.
- Learn our products inside-out.
- Stay calm, friendly, and adaptable with all personality types.
What You Need
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Customer Service experience in a casino or iGaming setting is a big plus.
