Our client based in Randburg is looking for a Personal Assistant/ Office Administrator to join their team
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Proven experience as a PA, executive assistant, or office administrator
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Screen calls, emails, and other correspondence; respond or redirect as necessary
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Coordinate personal and professional errands or tasks as requested
- Provide general administrative support to the office or team
- Draft letters, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain office filing systems, supplies inventory, and equipment coordination
- Welcome and assist visitors; answer incoming phone calls
- Assist with the planning and coordination of company events and meetings
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication

Package & Remuneration
R15 000 – R25 000 depending on experience – Monthly plus Pension fund

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range: R8,000 to R30,000 per month, depending on experience and location
