Annual Salary Notch: R228,321 – R268,950 per annum
Shift Work: Required
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in an administrative or corporate services environment will be advantageous
- Preference will be given to candidates residing within the locality of the school
KEY COMPETENCIES:

CORE DUTIES:
- General office administration: Filing, data capturing, document tracking, photocopying, and communication handling
- Maintain registers, records, and statistics
- Clerical support for supply chain management: Obtain quotations, manage stationery, asset registers
- Provide HR admin support: Leave tracking, personnel files, attendance registers, travel arrangements
- Financial admin tasks: Capture expenditure, handle travel claims and petty cash
- Capture educator and learner data using SASSAMS
